Does anyone have an idea about this vase? It is very heavy– maybe crystal but with an air bubble in the knob handle. It is about 10 inches high, 4″ deep and 7″ wide. The glass/crystal is about 1/2″ thick. It is frosted and the intaglio is frosted as well.

Any idea of the maker, age and value is appreciated. Thanks,
