I picked up this very interesting piece and can’t find any info on it. It is labeled ‘hand blown glass made in France. It is entirely enclosed with some sort of oil in a reservoir which goes up to a swirly portion which leads up to another bulb. I believe it some kind of weather instrument, but I cannot find any information on it.
