Yes, it is a punch bowl. There are no chips or flaking. I have been unable to find any markings on it, and I’ve been looking at it for about twelve years now.

Can not say that I have ever seen one like this !! Is it a punch bowl ?? Hard to guess the size !! Multi-color process would be rather involved !! Do the colors look like a surface treatment ?? Can you see flaking anywhere like a flashed glass ?? Usually if glass is marked it would be on the bottom and etched on the glass,, have you checked closely ??
