Have you looked at the bottom of the foot to see if there is a mark of some type ?? Usually in the center !! Most of these had no pattern name and were made by so many factories that they are difficult to track down !! You can search google by the description I gave and find a bunch of varying types !! They also show up on ebay quite often but you just have to use the description to find them !! Try “cobalt cut to clear wine glass” !! Then look for the swirl pattern !! Or use “cobalt cut to clear swirl” !! You can change the wording and get different items depending on how they are listed !!
