That is known as flashed glass and was used from the 1940`s to 1970 that I can remember !! It is just a surface treatment !! I had a very similar container in the 60`s that I used for cotton balls on my dresser !! Be careful with it because it will peel off !! just wipe gently with a damp cloth to clean !!

yes, it is thin glass and it appears to have the pink color dyed on because the bottom of the glass is clear…

Pretty sure it is not Moser !! It is a pretty thin and delicate glass isn`t it ??
