I cannot find any information on these glasses. We know that it was owned by my husbands grandmother dating it between 1920’s and 1930’s. She lived in Philadelphia, PA. I have several books on glassware and show’s the stems of many glass company’s and the only one I could find like your’s was the Heisey glass co. They made experimental glasses like this where the goblet part and foot are the same color but stem part is crystal.I think your glasses could be rare maybe you could do more research. Start with Wilipedia and enter Heisey Glass co. You will get a lot of info. there and the colors they made etc.
