Does every piece of Murano glass say Italy on bottom, or do some just have the signature.

I have a beautiful paperweight, and it is signed, very difficult to make out complete name on bottom, but signed with long hand writing, and it looks like Pet Sill, but not sure. I have other pieces that have a label on them, but this is just signature.
