This Gorgeous, and most unusual, antique, footed pedestal, glass salt dish ‘ cellar is shown in “5000 Open Salts” by Heacock & Johnson, and called The ‘Big Pansy’ by William Heacock, who adds that it was ‘probably’ made by Westmoreland Glass Co., circa 1910.
