Hi all- I am looking for a little info and am getting stuck!

I picked up this at a thrift store. It is Cartier, stamped 925 on it. Double key ring , says Touch Wood , sterling silver and ebony. Ref. t1220120 Red felt bad and paperwork.

I am just trying to figure out how much it is worth?? or any info on it.
