An acquaintance of mine shared this photo of an item attached onto a pocket watch fob chain. It is made of 14k gold with 3 razor sharp steel blades set into the gold ring. Several of us have tried but have been unable to identify what it is. It’s too small in diameter to be a tool for cigars or as a pencil sharpener. Any ideas on what it is?
