The pattern doesn’t look like Hull and I have some problems with the markings on the bottom. The name Hull in all lower case letters was used but is uncommon and I can’t find any examples with a tail on the letter u as in your piece.
It is a pretty bowl but it might not be Hull Pottery from Crooksville.
