I hope someone can help. I have an early White treadle sewing machine which I am trying to age, Huskvana in Australia was unable to help. It is a VS with the serial number of 1391245 is anyone able to help please?

You can research the White VS treadle at this page – serial numbers of identified machines are near the bottom. All reports indicate there is n o longer any phone number to call to id the age by the serial number. i have the White Family Rotary Treadle, sn FR306206 that dates from 1905-1909 and was manufactured after yours. http://www.treadleon.net/WhiteSM/whites.html
