Could someone help me identify when this piece is from? I can’t find much information on this model online. The scale reads “importe de belgique” and “force 2 kilos”. The number at the bottom is 131.390. Any information regarding period/ manufacturer/ value would be greatly appreciated!

In terms of measurements, it’s 22″ from the base to the highest point, 13″ deep from one end of the base to the other, and roughly 10″ wide from one side of the tray to the other running parallel to the face of the scale. Let me know if you need further clarification! I REALLY appreciate it.
