Berlin Ironstone was produced by Liddle Elliott & Sons Of Staffordshire England !! Produced fine tableware from 1862 to 1871 !! The mark below the Coat of Arms is the British registry mark !! Can not see it well enough to tell he date !! That pic gets smaller when I click to enlarge it !!
