I have a cardboard “parlor/funeral” hand held fan from the Historic “American Beach Resort” from Amelia Island Florida that must date from the early 1930’s. It is in excellent condition, with only minor foxing of the white areas and one small thumbtack hole in the middle. This from Abraham Lincoln Lewis’ resort for Afro Americans on a beach just north of Jacksonville Fl, The ONLY one of its type at that time.
I need information as to finding an appraiser/seller/buyer for this type of ephemera.
It must be very rare due to the circumstances of the time. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
