I have an old book that shows a mark that looks just like the symbol inside the circle of the item you have. It’s a Sevres mark. It says it’s the mark of “gomery” and is usually found on birds. I know you’ve heard of Sevres but I can’t say what you have is that, only that I found a mark that looks like it. Maybe it was a factory sign? Just trying to help…..

Generalluy when I see something with that shape it has something to do with the medical field. I see it’s electric. Does it light up or spin. May have been a sign for a doctor’s office or hospital. Just my guess.
