Hi there, many thanks for this. I used this source to identify the fire however I am struggling to pinpoint (or near enough) a date. Unfortunately there is no visible name/style/model number or similar detail on the appliance.I may have to give a general date of late 1940s-1950s.

I am unfamiliar with how these fires operated – I am assuming the bottom section is a tray for collecting ash etc and the middle square section is area for fuel/fire. I have no idea what the dial is for – temperature control, ventilation is my guess?
