It is very new !! Does not look familiar at all !! My guess would be a Chinese import although that Greek key border has been used in many cultures for hundreds of years !! If it were from a known pottery or a studio piece it would be marked on bottom !! Imports usually have a stick on label which is rarely left on !! The figure on the front is nothing I have seen in relation to any particular culture !!
