Hello all,

Hopefully someone can help me. I don’t know where to start. I have this buffet that I want to Paint. Before I do I want to make sure it’s not worth a lot since I do not want to devalue the buffet. there are no markings or stamps that I can find on it. Here is a picture. From the picture it looks like birdseye maple or maple waterfall which a lot of people like. I personally hate when people paint old furniture especially if it’s good solid wood. But it’s your’s do what you want with it.
