OK,, The Carrom company who made board games was a division of Affiliated Hospital products LTD !! At some point there was a dispute over the copyright infringement of the name which Affiliated was not supposed to use or the word Carom (one R) !! They came to an agreement that it could be used on some things but not others.!! Carrom Co. did not make hospital items at all,,only board games and childrens sports toys so when your cabinet was labeled it was totally against the copyright laws !! Even with the lines under the label it was illegal so Carrom sued Affiliated Hospital Products for infringement !! So basically you have a cabinet, probably used in the offices of a hospital or clinic that was mis-labeled !!
