Hello I recently purchased a cabinet. On the back it has a tag (partial) I know the piece is from Alliance Furniture Company in New York. Original destination looks like it was headed to Boston. I was wondering if I can get some info on the company, year made, and value of this piece of furniture. Thank you for any help.
Alliance furniture company was in business from 1905 to about 1950 !! They made high quality dining room furniture !! Your china/curio cabinet was likely made late 20`s or early 30“s !! Can`t tell much from the pics !! Value on any brown furniture is way down at present depending on where you sell it !! Value should be between $200. and $300. but I have seen some that were literally give-away prices !!
