Please share photos of the drawers when pulled out — a close up of the joinery, photos of the underside and the overall construction. A photo of the back of the dresser would also help. Is the dresser marked anywhere? Check inside the drawers, inside the dresser with drawers removed, and on back and underneath, too. This dresser seems much older to me than 1960’s. Right now dressers like this are popular to re-purposers who wish to chalk paint it. They will low-ball you (understandably since they will want to re-sell). It would be ashamed to paint over such a beautiful hardwood (oak). More photos will help come up with a general value.
