I am not sure I am doing this correctly. New to this. But if I am Is this a fake or real mark?

Thank you.

I cannot get the images to upload so I will describe it. It is wreath with 2 m’s inside one over top the other and made in Japan. The M is block and I have seen the mark with an M and it looks the same shape and size but there is one 1 M. The wreath has another wreath around it. They are delicate looking, not fat and chunky like fakes I have seen.

Can anyone tell my why my pic wont’s upload. I use Windows Live Photo Gallery and I resized my pics using properties, custom and put in 50 clicked resize and share, but they still say to large and won’t upload. Anyone familiar with this program?

My understanding is that pre-war Noritake says Nippon on the bottom of the mark. There is pretty good info on ages and marks of Noritake. Google Noritake & Marks.

No it is not fake, but it also say’s Made in Japan so you have modern Noritake which is still being made today. Many china dinner ware from Japan is Noritake. It is usually made more delicate and decorative.
