Only way to asses value is to see what the buying public is willing to pay for it !! The market sets the value !! If you are going to sell on ebay do some research first and see who would be most likely to want it and direct your listing to those people !! Always put a reserve on the listing if there is an amount below which you would not sell !! I would suggest WWII collectors,, or even dance groups !! These are typically called Hula skirts !! There are a few on etsy you can check but they are overpriced !!
