I just came into possession of this box and need help putting a value on it. It is red lacquer on the front with a painted scene and the back of the box is black lacquer with MADE IN JAPAN stamped there in gold.It also came with contents inside. The handles look like mother of pearl but is thicker and heavier than any mother of pearl I have seen in the past. The dark handles look like possibly could be animal in origin but not sure. Can take closer pictures if needed.
