Hello! I found some items when my grandmother passed away, that belonged to her father. We knew he was a champion shooter in Belgium and think it was related to that. It’s a serving sized spoon and fork, both have a logo on the back handle that says TIR National de Belgique. I’ve exhausted all online searches I can think of and found TIR National de Belgique but can’t find any references to the cutlery.
