Does anyone have an idea on what hallmark this is and time period? There’s a date of 1859 in the circle or wreath portion. Inside circle is T.M. & S and the top appears to be a basket?

Your mark belongs to Thomas Maddock & Sons, Trenton, NJ !! Scroll down at the link to see both his marks !! Yours was used for dinnerware and an anchor mark was used for sanitary ware !! It is a crowned ribbon and the 1859 date is the founding date of the company !!
