That is a funny. My wife and I have a pretty nice collection but have some items that we just cannnot find.

We are in the NE part of the state !! Little town called Mt Pleasant !! Not far from Oklahoma border !! We are almost neighbors !!

The paper tag was probably stuck on the bottom when purchased !! Over the years they often fall off as the glue deteriorates !! The tape was how many were stuck back on !! Pretty common back then to find scotch tape on things !! One old saying goes” the whole world is held together with scotch tape, elmers glue and baling wire” !! And in Texas where I am,,thats probably true !! You can also add duct tape to the list !!
