Hi

This little pin badge was in a recent lot i purchased and no matter how much i search i cannot find anything out about its design and relevance to any organization. I did wonder if it was sporting or one of the forces but everytime i search for a badge with marker on i seem to keep getting results for permanent markers lol. It is marked “Deschler Munchen 90” on rear which brings up results but nothing near whats shown on badge. Please can someone tell me what this badge is representing.
