That sheet music dates from late 20`s or early 30`s so it pre-dates the Disney empire !! Sarah Disney possibly was the owner at some time !! It could possibly be a child of one of Walt Disney`s brothers,( he had 4 brothers and one sister if I remember correctly) !! You can put ” who is/was Sarah Disney” in the google search and find several people with that name !!
