I posted this in the glass forum but got no response. I am hoping more folks will be looking here. This is a very tiny little footed glass piece with gold gilding and the words Howard Patterson Meridian Fair 1911 green glass around the center.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

After much searching I finally found out this is made by U.S. Glass Company in the Colorado 1887 Pattern between circa 1887 and 1920. It is a lovely EAPG piece and was used for souvenirs in a number of places, thus the etching.
I am so happy to have found this out. Thank all you folks who took a look to try and help me. God bless.
