No real way to tell with this one !! I have never seen a Hubley garden statue weather like this one is !! It may have had numerous coats of paint but usually the paint wears off,, and doesn`t just age on the outside !! The form looks OK but can`t say if it is or is not Hubley !!
Few are marked and a few are numbered but sometimes you just have to match the form to the known examples !!

He had been outside for many years when I found him. Was afraid to scrape off the blistered paint. This is the best I can do on the photos. Thank you
