If the piece is important enough to you and you cannot find a replacement. You can always check on professional restoration, but it may be more pricey than it is worth to you.

Since,,like Chris said,, the piece would be difficult if not impossible to find,, I would just use one of the acrylic glue products for glass and put it back together so you at least have it,, even if damaged. !! They are colorless and do a pretty good job of gluing items like this back together !! One may turn up sometime in the future,,then you can replace it !!

Question answered via my website. Main manufacturer was C.M Hutschenreuther (father of Lorenz H.), here an item not made in Hohenberg but at the subsidiary in Arzberg.

Green mark, see here:
http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/germany/bavaria/arzberg-01/index.php

This item was then (re)decorated at the studio of Mr. Manfred Vehyl, using high grade silver (explained on linked webpage), hence also marked “1000/1000”.

Red mark, see here:
http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/germany/baden/pluederhausen-01/index.php

Manfred Vehyl did not produce many items of one series, hence it will be extremely hard (if not impossible) to find a replacement for this item, not only because both business have long gone out of operation. Items like these are commonly only available via the secondary market (eBay, RubyLane, etc.) or via (specialized) antiques dealers. Even *if* one finds a matching item, the price may be far higher than epected because silver overlay items in good condition were (and still are) quite collectible.
