Does anybody know what this is and/or what it is worth? The round concave thingies are made of Bakelite, I believe. The bottom has green felt on it and a label–Rottgames. Eight-inch diameter.

It’s a round piece of wood, about 1 inch in height, diameter is about 8 inches. In the middle there is a hole with felt at the bottom. There are four round concave bowl type things made of Bakelite, I believe. The bottom has felt on it and a lable that says Rottgames.
