I thought if I sent a question and pictures of an item, that the Kovels or one of their staff responded with accurate information about my collectible. Is that not true? Do answers to questions come only from forum members? How do you get one of the Kovels to answer a question? I see questions from members answered in their newletters. I’d sure like some information about my Dionysian Festival vase and I don’t know if anyone besides an antique collector/seller would have that(if they even know). I notice most questions are not answered or even read. What good does a forum do if most forum members are casual collectors and can’t provide proper information?
