The bowl you have is a Japanese import !! From looking at the foot of the bowl my opinion is about 1950 to 1970 or that era !! The foot shows little age !! Probably from an import shop !! Since these were simply made for sale in the US and other countries no real way to tell which of the factories in Japan made it !! The Koi fish in the center symbolize luck, prosperity and good fortune !! The lotus flower on the outside is for enlightenment !! It would have had a stick on label that is long gone !!
