I acquired this unique “thing” a few year ago and don’t really know anything about it but believe it was used for holding shaving objects. It was previously attached to something – has a marble like base. I was unable to attach picture. It is a child riding on a goat with a blue dish for soap and a brass hanger. Has some metal flowers. Object is about 10 inches wide, 8 inches tall. The metal is somewhat discolored – think it is brass. Only other damage is part of one horn on the goat is missing. Any information?
