I cannot find any information on this bear.

Lttle Gem Teddy Bears (red)

It is signed.. Chu-Ming WU on left paw

On right paw it says , this is handcrafted with Loving Stitches 1995.

Any information will be helpful. First time I have not been able to find data on a Little Gem
