Just a modern Chinese import !! The marks rarely tell the factory that made it !! Usually they tell the area or region where made !! If you have a Chinese restaurant near you they may be able to tell you what it says !! I do not speak or read Chinese !! The first symbol looks like the symbol for “middle” !! Can`t see the others well !!
