For hand blown glass no way to ID unless it is completely unique and then it would be a long shot !! These sets were made all over Europe and the U.S !! In many patterns !! Could have been made in Czechoslovakia by any number of glass houses !! Nice set !! As to value,, check ebay for similar sets !! Do not have to be identical,,just similar blown glass !! Couldn`t tell the size of the glasses but its possibly a bar set or a lemonade set !!
