I don’t know what to call this – it could be over 100 years old easily as my mom bought it as an antique over 60 years ago. Any help greatly appreciated??
What’s on the bottom is a problem. It says Decor hand painted Italy but someone has put a small hole through the bottom where the trademark stamp is.
