I came across a 17′ Norman Rockwell beer stein, hand carved ceramic. One side of the stein is a picture of an old guy sitting down, with a large cowboy hat and a album in his hands, the caption reads…”Dreams of long ago”, and shows the date of 09/10/1983. It also reads Norman Rockwell and Post cover 8.13.27. The other side says Gary Cooper, and has the Post Cover 8.13.27. I am uncertain of the value of this, or even if it has any value. It does still have the lid to it also. Can you help? Thank you
