Help! I have no idea where to turn. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a small book, hardcover, but pocket size. It is a beautiful red color and is embossed in gold with “The Grand Hotel Ltd” on the front. Inside on the second page it says “The Grand Hotel, Limited, Guide Book for Yokohama and the immediate vicinity. The book appears to have come from this hotel, and has a description inside of how to access the hotel, the accomodations available including entertainment, there are photos, there are pronunciation guides for the traveler, and in the very back is a pocket which contains a folded up map of the city of Yokohama, in color. This book appears to date from early 1900. But it was definitely before airplanes were around. The book is about 1/4 inch thick and as I said, in excellent condition. Does anyone know what this is and how I can sell it? I can send photos if wanted.
