GORGEOUS PAIR OF VINTAGE PALE PINK OPAQUE GLASS MANTEL FLOWER VASES

I bought these pair of absolutely beautiful pale pink Opaque Glass MANTLE FLOWER VASES several years ago at a little Antique store in Amarillo, Texas. The clerk had no information other than they were from an old family estate in the area.

The full vases stand 9″ high. Each glass vase has a flared bulb form top with a raised lip around the opening. It then tapers down to a narrow point. It fits into a metal holder that has 6 flat narrow brass strips with small stamped four-leaf clover designs on it. Each strip splays out from the vertical holder creating a ‘flat support foot’ that rests on top of an octagonal pink milk glass base with feet. The metal holder is attached to the glass base with something similar to a threaded lamp nipple. The glass vase measures 6 3/4″ high, the metal holder measures 2 7/8″ high from the top of the glass base. The base measures 4″ across X 3/4″ at each octagonal corner and 1/2″ at the space between the feet.

The color of the glass is very similar to Crown Tuscan by Cambridge or Alacite by Aladdin Lamps – both of which were developed by Henry Hellmers. I have not been able to determine a manufacturer but believe they are American made. These vases are unmarked and in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. The base of these flower vases is very similar to Aladdin lamp bases but I have never been able to find them anywhere in the Aladdin catalogs I’ve looked thru. I also had one Aladdin expert tell me they definitely were not made by Aladdin. Any help identifying the maker, country of origin and when they were made would be wonderful.

They are not satin glass. I am posting a photo of the bottom of the stand, but I have been able to find no marks on any of the glass at all. I will post a couple of other pics as well.
