MHM was not a manufacturer but a decoration studio (from between 1970 and 1990). Various incorrect attributions towards the meaning of ‘MHM’ exist, but those are irrelevant. The studio mainly (re)decorated items produced by the [i]Retsch[/i] factory in Wunsiedel, which provided mid-range quality goods.

The signature on the transfers reads ‘Fragonard’, by the way … many decoration studios used transfers based on the former oil paintings of [i]Jean-Honoré Fragonard[/i] because they were royalty-free.

No idea on value; that changes every day and depending on marketplace.
