Hi, I have been trying to find the maker of this porcelain plaque/tile? and its value. It is in a frame with a 3 dimensional male and female in white and the flat part is pink in color. It has an impressed number 728 and a blue number 4, the mark is F.W. and has a crown? hanging from the top of the F.
