I have found a circa 1900 postage scale, the column on the back is marked OEST.P.1766 D.R.P.

I have found one similar on ebay or esty, they were asking $450.00.
I believe the maker is Balduin Heller’s Sohne.I would like to know if the info I’ve found is correct. I’m aware that prices people are asking for an item on ebay or esty are not always the actual value. I would appreciate any info or comments.
