Long story short, we are auctioning off our house and everything in it, and we have a few sets of collectibles in a collection. I figured it would be best to find their prices, and sell them online for close to what they are worth, opposed to everything going for $2 at the auction.

What I know we have so far:
-About 50 Homco bears in good condition, with stickers intact (An image is attached below.)
-A set of Budweiser beer steins.

Questions:
-How can I find a price guide for things like this?
-What would be the best way to go about selling them (online or offline)?
-Is there a place where I can find out what figurines etc. are in a set, and what collection that they are apart of?

Thank you very much for reading. Any tips or direction would be very appreciated. Let me know if you have any questions.

To be honest,, there is no price guide that will help you !! It could give you value base on what similar items have sold for in the past,,but it is not going to tell you what it will sell for now !! I do my research on ebay,,that is the best venue for sales !! If any one is looking for the item you are selling they can find it there !! Look for your item there (ebay) then go to the ending sales (use the” sort by” feature) !! That will show you the items that are about to go off the list and tell you what the end price is (,if it sells ) !! That will give you an idea of what yours will bring !!
As far as selling in a set,, most everything sells better if sold individually !! People usually are looking to complete a set and will not buy a set in its entirety !! But you can check with several collector groups by googling the name of the item !! (example,, Homco bear collector groups,, ) The people there might help with the sets and collection names !! There are groups and forums for almost everything online !!
