Hello, I have inherited a set of Royal Jackson china. I have researched it somewhat and I thought it was “Lady Mayfair” pattern, from the flower print and the scalloped edge. But, now I have seen pieces on the internet that have the same flower pattern, but the edges are not scalloped and the flowers are also in the middle of the dish. They are also named “Lady Mayfair”. Mine have the flower pattern only around the edge of the dish.
Can you tell me what is going on here? Are my dishes an older version?
Also my dishes have the stamp on back that says: Royal Jackson,Fine China, Vouge Ceramic Industries. It has a picture of the lion and unicorn with a shield.
One more Question: Does it raise the price of a dish if the stamp on back is misprinted? Like not in the middle, and that sort of a thing?
Thanks so much! A~
