It can say many things but since the seller posted a pic that can not be read,,possibly an intentional thing,, I would pass on buying this teapot !! Unless its dirt cheap and only then if you intend to keep it and not resell !!

Looks pretty modern !! Can we see the bottom please ?? One side of the handle is damaged ,, that affects the price !!
